Hi, I’m Keeley! I am one of Dr. Hoverson's Licensed Dental Hygienists. I graduated from the University of Minnesota in 2016 with my Bachelors of Science in Dental Hygiene and completed my Masters of Science in Dental Hygiene Education in 2021. In addition to working two days a week for Dr. Hoverson, I teach dental hygiene at the University of Minnesota. Education has always been a passion of mine and I enjoy helping our patients understand their unique oral condition. I enjoy building relationships with our patients and helping them set individualized goals to achieve optimal oral health, which contributes to an improved quality of life.
My favorite thing about working at NMDA seeing how comfortable our doctors make our patients feel. Their genuine concern for our patients' well-being establishes trust and strengthens their relationships. I'm so grateful to work in an office where the patients are highly satisfied with the care they receive. As a team, we strive to build a comfortable, stress-free environment with you being at the center of our attention.
Outside of work I love spending time outdoors or hanging out with my large extended family. I also enjoy experimenting in the kitchen learning new recipes, and visiting the many restaurants and breweries the Twin Cities has to offer!
I look forward to meeting you!
Hi, I’m Brenda! I joined Dr. Hoverson’s team in 2020 as her Office Manager. I started in dentistry 27 years ago as a Dental Assistant then transitioned to the front office 17 years ago. I love helping patients with all their questions about their treatment recommendations. I also enjoy working with them to maximize their insurance benefits and financially help them achieve a healthy, happy smile.
Outside of work I enjoy hiking, traveling and spending time with family and friends. I also love trying new restaurants and am excited to be working in Minneapolis to experience all it has to offer.
I am looking forward to meeting you!
Hi, I'm Shawna. I joined Dr. Hoverson’s team in 2022 as her dental assistant. I started in dentistry 23 years ago as a dental assistant and continue to enjoy the career path I chose.
I truly enjoy working along side the doctor and caring for our patients. Patient care and putting patients
at ease has always been the most important to me. Patient education has also been part of my career in dentistry. I have worked many years with parents and children to educate on early childhood dental care. I continue to strive to educate patients of all ages.
My favorite thing about working for NMDA is talking with the patients and getting to know them. The
team is caring and professional. We bring a positive and approachable demeanor to the office. This
passes on to our patients with a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my family. We have two sons that bring a lot of joy and
laughter into our home. Our mixed family enjoy outside adventures, miniature golf and of course
traveling. We all adore our beagle, Barkly, who gives us plenty of love and snuggles each day.
I look forward to meeting you!
Hello, my name is Shanna! I am the newest member of NMDA, joining in 2022. I am a Registered Dental Hygienist and graduated from Lake Superior College in 2012. I like to stay current in dental hygiene with continuing education courses, along with the newest treatments and products for my patients. My goal as a hygienist is to provide excellent care and comfort during their visit.
My favorite part about working at Nicollet Mall Dental Arts is the way we educate our patients! Instead of just telling you what is going well or wrong, we take the time to teach you how to improve your home care and show you the best treatment options.
When I’m not at work I love being outside! My family and I enjoy going on long bike rides, camping and traveling to National Parks. We have two sweet pets- Daisy our dog and Lulu our kitten.
I am so excited to meet and get to know all of the patients here!
